Establishment of a limited liability company – LLC/ GmbH

The prerequisite for the foundation of an LLC / GmbH is a B permit and a residence permit with a valid address in Switzerland. In the case of foreigners living outside Switzerland, at least one partner of the company must be registered in Switzerland and hold at least a B permit.
